Before exercise: Nuts

After the workout: Protein Whey
Many people might associate with a protein supplement weight, but Bateman said whey protein can help repair your body after a grueling workout.

After exercise: Salmon
Salmon is one of the best makana to eat, especially if we want to stay slim and healthy. Are cooked roasted, or smoked. Oily fish are a source of food rich in protein and Omega-3 fatty acids, which help protect cell membranes of the body and keep the body from disease.
After exercise: Greens
Be sure to eat lots of green vegetables such as kale, broccoli, and spinach. “Green leafy vegetables are the richest source of calories nutrients and vitamins. Moreover in green vegetables also contain minerals and enzymes, which help to remove the fat.” Bateman said.
